Policies

When purchasing through Etsy, I do not recieve any of your check out information.  

I will not be using your information to provide to other companies or shops.  

I do not retain any information. 

Ready to ship purchases are shipped out within 5 business days.  

All orders will have tracking numbers. 

I use USPS.  

Returns are accepted for products which arrived damaged.

Non Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not been shipped. 

Custom orders will need to be paid for upfront. 

Custom orders will have time frames structured on how long it takes to create the item.  For example, an afghan might be 3 months while a resin box might only take a week to make. 

I will not be able to take all custom requests, some will be outside of my abilities.
